The 37 year old Dr Jamila Ibrahim hail from Kwara state, she is a medical doctor, politician, and development practitioner, she is also a public servant and an Advocate of United Nations Global Goals
Before now Dr. Jamila have serve as Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Kwara State on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
She is the Daughter to Ibrahim Isa, a former Minister of Sports during President Goodluck Jonathan and also former Minister For Transport during Yar Adua tenure, His father also serve as a two term Member Federal House Of Representatives and a two term speaker Kwara State House of Assembly.
Dr. Jamila before her nomination by His Excellency Was The National President of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Young Women Forum (APC PYWF). She had also serve as Senior Special Assistant on health matters to the Governor of Kwara State
