GOV. OTU INAUGURATE MR. EFFIONG OKON AND OTHER ELECTED LGA CHAIRMEN IN CROSS RIVER STATE.

His Excellency, Sen. Prince Bassey Edet Otu earlier today inaugurate the newly elected 18 Local Government chairmen in the state, the event which took place at the Governor temporary office in Calabar have critical stakeholders in the state grace the occasion, the Governor while addressing the chairmen emphasize on the need to consolidate on the gains of democracy by running an inclusive government where the people will enjoy true dividends of government as the local government remains the government which is most closest to the grassroots he also reminds them of the people first agenda which entails accountability, transparency, community development and leadership with service to the people.
