Madoxx Project a leading waste management and evacuation company operating in Calabar metropolis and its environs today deemed it fit to reward her staffs for their services, team spirit, commitment and diligence to the company in the task of keeping Calabar Clean & Green again in line with governments agenda of restoring the state’s lost glory as the cleaness state in Nigeria. To this end, the company taught it wise to reward and motivate the staffs as an aim to create a positive working environment and encourage high levels of performance for job satisfaction.
The CEO also emphasized the importance of more teamwork, greater synergy safety and personal hygiene consciousness. He urged the workers to continue working together to achieve more goals. While highlighting the positive impact their work has had on the communities, stating that their efforts have made Calabar a clean and attractive city thus attracting potential invitations from other quarters requesting the companies services.
As a token of appreciation, the workers were presented with various gift items, including cash rewards, electronics, home appliances and other valuable items in different merited categories.

The event held at the Cross River State Waste Management Agency, Highway Calabar, and saw the presence of some principal officers from the ministry of environment who spoke to the workers pleading with them for understanding with their management that contractors like their boss have not been paid for the past 13 months now but the that miracle the company’s management performs to get them paid and still organize this loyalty reward ceremony is worth commendation. They expressed confidence in the new administration and assured all the workers that in no distant time all will be settled.
