Tragic Kidnapping and Murder in Enugu: 18-Year-Old Arrested for Heinous Crime
A disturbing incident has shaken the community in Enugu State, Nigeria, where an 18-year-old suspect, Obodoagu Ikediekpere Wisdom, has been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and murdering his 5-year-old cousin, Obodoagu Wisdom. The Enugu State Police Command’s Anti-Kidnapping Tactical Squad apprehended the prime suspect and his accomplice, 24-year-old Sunday Michael, a security guard, on August 11 and 12, 2025. During interrogation, the suspects confessed to the crime, and the prime suspect led operatives to the scene where the victim’s body was exhumed.
