Former Liverpool Winger Jordan Ibe Arrested at Luton Airport for Alleged Assault
Jordan Ibe, the former Liverpool and England Under-21s winger, was arrested at Luton Airport last month and charged with actual bodily harm. The 30-year-old, who currently plays for Lokomotiv Sofia in Bulgaria, is accused of an assault that occurred on December 14, 2025

Ibe was released on bail and is set to appear before Croydon magistrates’ court on March 6. This is not Ibe’s first brush with the law, as he previously admitted to obtaining a prescription for insomnia medication improperly and was fined £230.
Ibe’s football career has been marked by inconsistency and challenges, with the winger playing for 11 clubs, including Liverpool, Bournemouth, and Lokomotiv Sofia. Despite his talent, Ibe has struggled with mental health issues, including depression, and has spoken publicly about his struggles.
