The Southern Postgraduate Students Association extends profound congratulations to Professor Offiong Effanga Offiong of the Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry on his appointment as the 12th Substantive Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, succeeding Professor Florence Banku Obi.
