Petrol Prices Rise to N900/Litre Despite Drop in Crude Oil Costs

Petrol prices have surged to N900 per liter and above in Nigeria, despite a decline in crude oil costs. This increase has been observed across various filling stations, including those owned by the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC).

Ever:  N863 per liter
TSL: N864 per liter
Pinnacle: N851.5 per liter
Menj: N852 per liter
Sahara: N855 per liter  Marketers predict that prices might decrease later in the week due to the recent drop in crude oil prices. The Dangote Refinery recently raised its ex-depot petrol price to N850 from N820, citing no specific reason for the increase.
